You cant login to your account with this app. Just use the browser.

Email signing wasnt available for a while. So you are always prompted to join. Now you cant even access the settings anymore!!! Will get you to the app home page. Dev FAIL!!

Was expecting it to be a bit better but when I check the app out its just a huge advertisement trying to get you sign up. I wished there was a section for subscribe users to track the loot crate but that be to much to ask

Every time I try to create an account, lootcrate says my email and password check out, but then just reloads the page. This happens with the app and the mobile site. Would love to move forward and give them my money. Wish they made it easier.

I recently signed up for loot crate and naturally, an app would make things easier. I got the tracking email, which is great that I can track the crate. I want to share with my friends but after writing my post, it hangs on a white screen. Ive tried multiple times to no avail. Ill just go on the computer and do it but its still an inconvenience considering the app is there for a reason and I cant use certain features. Also, it took a while to login due to a wonky runaround. I used Facebook to login but once I logged in, it made me sign in to Facebook again. Very unclear on how to get rolling the first time. Anyways, the service seems pretty cool, which Ill find out after my first crate comes in the next week. The app, not so much. Needs a bit of work. 3 stars.

Dont sign up for anything more than one month At a time! Ive tried 2 separate times to do annual subscription and they only send me one loot crate and forget I even exist. Plus u cant even call a rep u have to email them . App is even worse.

The only reason I gave this app 1 star is because I cant give it 0 and have that calculated into its total. First, you have to register for the mailing list even if youre already a Loot Crate subscriber and get the newsletters. Second, you cant do anything with the app that you cant do on the website... Its actually LESS functional. I installed this app hoping I could read recent news or emails that Id deleted or something... anything, really that would be interesting, but no... its ads, forums, and the same crap thats on the site. Whee! Sadly, it took me three pages of log-in to get to the app to discover its pointlessness, so it actually took me longer to open that app than it did to delete it and write this review. Major league suckage!

Im a long time looter and their service is awesome, but this app is absolute garbage. Logging in is a pain, sharing is a pain, managing your account is next to impossible. Very disappointed.

Cant enter monthly contests from the app? Cant really do anything with it events are nothing in my area of the country..... Cant listen to the pod cast????? Please fix I love loot Creat and want to be more involved with my account.

There isnt anything about this app that is helpful. Anything you can do from their website is harder to accomplish with this app.

Best app ever just ordered Septembers loot crate and cant wait!!

I downloaded the app and I receive a constant application error and I am unable to sign up and a friend could not login. Deleted the app.

This is honestly one of the worst apps available. Their mobile site is SO much better. Functions poorly, and overall seems like a 3 year old designed the confusing, ugly UI.

By far the worse monthly subscription box in the history of monthly sub boxes but this takes the cake. They must think all their member are idiots with their blatant "limited" box scams. Loot Crate comes out with a Fallout 4 LIMITED exclusive box for $100 which sells out in minutes. This wasnt good enough for Loot Crate who got greedy and wanted a Bigger Cash Grab! So in the name of "making more customers happy" they screw over the customers who Originally purchased, what was advertised as a "Limited Edition" Fallout 4 Loot Crate box and decide to make even more of these boxes. So do they offer the customers who originally purchased the box something Extra for being lied to? No!! Loot Crate offers nothing for screwing over their customers, but instead lies even further by claiming it is still limited. I suggest anyone who purchased the original limited Fallout 4 box in September to ask for a partial refund or sign on to the law suit that will be filed soon.

Very shady customer service and business practices. Will NEVER buy from these clowns again!! ---------> Youre better off watching EBay since thats where all their customers go to try to recoop the money they over paid for their boxes. RIP OFF!!!!

The app does nothing useful. Youre better off just going through the browser on your phone, the app is far less functional than that. Was thinking I could track my crate or get shipping notifications, instead I got a poorly designed app that took me way to long to discover it cant do anything I want it to.

The app should, without requiring I log in with a social media account, let me check it out and possibly even use Apple Pay. Instead it blocks you from using the service in any way, far worse than their website and just about completely useless.

I love Loot Crate. I get it for my son. He loves the surprise every month (we dont HAVE to know whats coming). The app, however, is unintuitive and confusing. There is no way to log into your account unless youre a Facebook/Twitter lemming. For a company that has done so well with their mail-order product, they need not have nine year old design their phone app to resemble the garish YouTube videos to which they are so addicted. It is not the nine year olds ponying up the monthly cash. Its the parents. And we like it too. We just dont need the ADD stimulation in our apps.
