Loot Crate App Reviews

Cant order anything through the app, cant get prices through the app, cant look at crate options through the app, and cant even log in to accounts through the app. Dont bother with the app, just go straight to the website.

This app would b e useful if I could sign on. There a load of pointless features. But not what I actually want. I want to be able to sign on. And order a crate. Is that so hard? Maybe show some previous crates I bought. Talk about not focusing on the important things.

I have been a member since the beginning, and it had always came with a ton of items. After a few months there was only a few items I liked. Now however nothing is neat or anything. Its just junk. I also get frustrated when I upgraded to the girl one and so far its only come with two small things. So not worth it and am on the urge of stopping them. I will add that when they sent me the wrong size legging there where quick to send me the right size, so thanks for that.

I cant wait to receive my first Loot Crate! However... In applying I accidentally selected the 12 month subscription instead of the monthly one... So I am now currently out by $200+ and there is no way that I can find to receive a refund and just subscribe for the monthly Loot Crate

Its difficult to navigate through the different crates and past crates. Cant really do much on the app so I deleted it.

...that I am a collector of worthless items that amount to about $5 in value that I pay upwards of $100 to Loot Crate for. On top of this, whoever hit the "submit" button to upload this abysmal and absolutely worthless excuse for an application should never be allowed to use a keyboard again in his or her life.

Its been two days since I updated this app now I cant log in to my account cause it wont let me press the button I have a iPhone 6 Plus and I cant even view my order I placed please fix the app so we can log in to our accounts I know Im not the only ones on here I read the reviews this is a issue that needs to be resolved so please update and fix the bugs so we can log into our account again thanks

First off, I love Loot Crate. Very cool and fun service. That being said, I have never deleted an app as quickly as I did this completely garbage application. Horrible clunky design, and a total mess to navigate around. This app looks like something a 14 year-old designed for a class project. Avoid.

The app is really buggy, it has a bad setup. Ive canceled the monthly subscription, and its still taking money out of my bank account, and its still sending me crates!, please stop!

Absolutely horrible. The first one looked so good (did not purchase) so I figured the 2nd box would be just as good. Boy was I wrong. It was awful. Not one single item in it that was exciting. Cheap clothing, random accessories.

Better do business on their website.

I was a very active member in the community of users on this app and made some friends while using it, the reason I say its horrible is the lack of content that they put on it. I got banned from their Facebook page because I asked for them to link three different articles into the app that they put on Facebook and Twitter. I dont recommend this app at all.

I love LootCrate; they send me all the merch I could ever want. However this app... it is just a picture frame for a mobile friendly web browser. LootCrate didnt actually bother to make a real cohesive and comprehensive app. I want to be able to access my account and other crates easily, without logging in all the time. In this app you have to tap "join" then use the drop down menu to "login". Its complicated, time consuming and God-Forbid you hit the back button.. you have to log back in all over again. LootCrate has such potential for this app, but its not flourishing as is. Please, design an APP to replace this web browser.

I think loot crate is awesome, Im Canadian and for some reason Im allowed to get these so its awesome :D

Really love loot crate, both the box and the community. Only issue is I cant seem to connect my Facebook to the app.

App works well, but the log in to Fb and twitter doesnt work. Is like to post stuff to my wall and chat with the great community of fellow geeks, but cannot. Thats why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Please fix.
