I look for everything to login with my email! But nothing! When is going to get fix?

This app is very difficult to navigate. I feel like this app is more about promoting their box than anything.

The LootCrate Website is more functional than this app. Dont bother with it.

Well Im not really sure what I expected this app to be but its nothing you cant do from the site but less. Nothing special to this really. But Ill see how the service is when my first crate comes in.

This app is the worst I have ever seen a company turn out. Login is impossible. Information is worthless. This was a middle school project technology class gone terribly wrong. Fire whoever is keeping this app going and hire a company that has the ability to make something usable.

Wont let me sign in through Facebook.

App doesnt recognize that you are already signed, you cant control anything, no tracking updates...I hope they didnt pay the person who built this app!!!!!

I just spent half an hour trying to figure out how to sign in to this app with existing log-in info, instead of signing up again, to no avail, only to look at the app reviews and discover that this problem is at least a year old already. Deleting the app now. Lesson learned: Check app reviews before downloading, if the rating is questionable.

One of the worst apps on the market. It does nothing! It says "sorry we are unable to process you registration at this time" no matter what I click on. Also, I signed up for Lootcrate for the first time and they sent me a code for a bonus Zelda item that could only be used by signing up as a new user...AFTER I already signed up. Customer support gave me the generic "sorry" reply. I feel like this was just a scam to get me to buy more subscriptions to get the "bonus item" they were conveniently only offering after I signed up. No mention of it anywhere on their site, only by e-mail after signing up. Also, the code was only conveniently eligible for the one I already subscribed to; Lootcrate...none of the other boxes were eligible.

This app is VERY disorganized, and VERY poorly mapped out. As other reviewers have stated, the first thing it does is asks you to subscribe to Lootcrate. You have to do a lot of poking around to figure out how to login with your actual account, if you are already a subscriber. Not that it matters, because that information does not affect the app in any way. Even if you are logged in, the "join" button does not go away. There is nowhere in this app that grants access to the QR reader mentioned in numerous places throughout the official website. There are no many games. There is only a Twitter feed, a link to their YouTube videos/ads, and full screen ads for their various products. They really should just remove this app; it has horrible reviews, because existing subscribers find it repulsive, and it seems that it would be rather repellent to anyone who has not actually experienced loot crate yet. I know that *I* would never want something advertising a product of mine to be so poorly designed that it is more likely to scare potential customers away. This is supposed to be a big company, not a moms basement upstart ...
